Sometimes we wonder if there is someone else out there who might be going through the same experience as we are or whether someone else out there has already gone through that particular experience. There is - ME!

Be Self Aware
One must know one's limitations in order to know what one can achieve in a day. To be unrealistic of what one can accomplish in a day will lead to only frustrations for oneself.
